_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>En el servicio de Citometr\u00eda de flujo del CBM, nuestro personal proporciona apoyo cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnico en citometr\u00eda de flujo, desarrolla y optimiza nuevas aplicaciones y realiza separaciones celulares.<\/p>\n<p>La citometr\u00eda de flujo es una herramienta anal\u00edtica que permite discriminar part\u00edculas de diferente tama\u00f1o y color. Es una t\u00e9cnica anal\u00edtica y\/o preparativa basada en el an\u00e1lisis simult\u00e1neo de varios par\u00e1metros de naturaleza \u00f3ptica, de forma r\u00e1pida y sobre un gran n\u00famero de part\u00edculas individualizadas. Este an\u00e1lisis se realiza sobre cada part\u00edcula a partir de la dispersi\u00f3n de la luz y de la emisi\u00f3n de fluorescencia de las part\u00edculas iluminadas por una fuente luminosa.  <\/p>\n<p>Los par\u00e1metros que pueden analizarse mediante citometr\u00eda de flujo son: i) los relacionados con las caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas de la part\u00edcula: tama\u00f1o y complejidad y ii) las diferentes fluorescencias asociadas a la part\u00edcula.  <\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis se realiza a tasas de miles de c\u00e9lulas\/segundo, lo que permite obtener datos de gran fiabilidad estad\u00edstica, as\u00ed como identificar poblaciones representadas a baja frecuencia dentro de la poblaci\u00f3n global.<\/p>\n<p>Otra caracter\u00edstica importante de la citometr\u00eda de flujo es que el an\u00e1lisis se realiza en una suspensi\u00f3n de part\u00edculas, por lo que las part\u00edculas o c\u00e9lulas analizadas deben estar en suspensi\u00f3n y en forma de part\u00edcula \u00fanica (c\u00e9lula).<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, es importante se\u00f1alar que existe una restricci\u00f3n en cuanto al tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas analizadas, que debe estar comprendido entre 0,5 y 100um.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_accordion open_toggle_text_color=&#8221;#34609B&#8221;
