PhD Position (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions)

We are offering a PhD position at the Mittelbrunn Lab at the Centro de Biología Molecular Severo Ochoa (CSIC-UAM, Madrid, Spain), supported by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) (UNION Network UNION UnderstandiNg fraIlty tOwards a future of healthy ageiNg). We seek an early-stage researcher to investigate T cells in Inflammunosenescence and Aging at the Mittelbrunn Lab (https://mmittelbrunnlab.cbm.uam.es). Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Requirements:

• Applicants must hold a Master’s degree relevant to the chosen position (e.g., Biomedicine, Biology, Medicine, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related
  discipline) or an equivalent qualification that allows them to pursue a PhD.
• The degree must be obtained at least one month before the employment contract starts or be officially recognized within the European Higher Education Area.

2. Mobility Rule: Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in SPAIN for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before Sept2025.

3. Language Proficiency: A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English (certified at B2 level or equivalent) is required.
